1. Film Theory: Black Panther's Economic CRISIS! (posted February 20)

2. Time's Up For Politely Anti-LGBTQ Christianity: The Truth About "We Want to Be Known By What We're For, Not What We're Against" (posted March 13) "In other words, while he was very much against the LGBTQ community, he simply didn’t want to be known for that."

3. Mike Pence: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO) (posted March 18) Really interesting for me, as an ex-evangelical, to hear John Oliver talking about Focus on the Family and James Dobson, as if his audience will certainly be shocked by how wrong their ideology is. Yeah, their ideology is terrible, but feels so incredibly normal to me. I grew up reading Focus on the Family magazines and books, believing all their bullshit about how "the homosexual agenda" was trying to destroy "the family."

Also, when watching the video clips of Pence avoiding answering questions, did anyone else get a very creepy evangelical "let's grab coffee instead of answering whether gay sex is sinful" vibe? And the way he acts when asked questions, as if to say, "oh it's so sad that you are missing the point so much, asking me these questions that don't have any relevance to anything", ugh soooo creepy.
