The Only Thing I Can Think to Do is Donate to Planned Parenthood

So. The election. It sucks. What do we do?

I've decided to donate $290- that's one dollar for each of the electoral college votes that Trump got- to organizations that help people threatened by Trump's anti-life policies. I'm dividing it up between these ones:

Planned Parenthood

The Trevor Project (LGBT suicide prevention)

Church World Service (help for immigrants and refugees)

So, readers, I'd like to invite you to join me in donating. $1 for each electoral college vote. Or if that's too much, you can do 50 cents or 10 cents.

This is a scary time, but we're going to keep doing what we're doing. Keep working for justice. Keep supporting each other. Keep speaking out against bigotry, hate, and systemic oppression.
